When I first saw my photos, I couldn’t believe how far I’ve come. Thinking back to our very first conversation when you said, “trust the process,” I honestly thought, You better not be lying to me, because I’m the type of guy who’s all in.

To be fair, my wife couldn’t believe the transformation either haha. You promised I’d feel more energetic and mentally switched on and that’s exactly what happened, especially at work.
